A Merger Of Three

Global Energy Capital (GEC) and White Deer Energy (White Deer) have announced the formation of Flowco Inc. (Flowco), a provider of production optimization and artificial lift solutions. Created by merging Flowco Production Solutions, Estis Compression, and Flogistix, Houston-based Flowco has 1300 employees located in every major productive region of the US oil and gas industry, and a growing international presence. The newly formed company provides patent-protected products and services that are used throughout the 30-year lifespan of producing wells, including high-pressure gas lift, traditional gas lift, plunger lift, vapor recovery, and a variety of digital technologies.
