1 minute(s) Read

Sapphire Gas Solutions (Sapphire) has promoted Jeremy Gilliam to chief operating officer. He previously served as the company’s executive vice president of operations. With this new role, Gilliam takes lead of all Sapphire operations, as the company consolidates its Energy Management and Transportation groups under his leadership. As part of this transition, Sapphire has restructured its business into two functional operating units: Infrastructure Management (formerly Field Service) and Energy Management. Gilliam will be orchestrating these divisions to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

Prior to joining the Sapphire team, Gilliam worked for Rockwater Energy Solutions for more than nine years in various senior operations roles. He began his career in oilfield services as part of the senior leadership team of Mountain Drilling Company, a private equity-backed startup drilling contractor. Gilliam received an M.S. in Finance and B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is licensed as a CPA in Texas.

Headquartered in Conroe, Texas, Sapphire is a turnkey infrastructure services and equipment provider focused on gas supply and energy transition products and services (see “Sapphire’s Race To The Top,” Q4 2024 ESG Review Magazine, p. 14). The company provides compressed natural gas, renewable natural gas, and liquefied natural gas solutions to industrial, utility, manufacturing, and other end-use applications across the United States.
