1 minute(s) Read

Baker Hughes celebrated the grand opening of its new Houston headquarters. Located in the Energy Corridor, the new location comprises five floors and brings together about 1300 employees. The move consolidated several corporate offices across Houston into one location. The location also hosts the company’s asset condition monitoring, diagnostics, and reliability North America customer training center along with its gas technology remote monitoring and diagnostics services center.

“The opening of our new Houston headquarters is an important moment in our strategic transformation as we continue to take energy forward,” said Baker Hughes Chair and Chief Executive Officer Lorenzo Simonelli. “Collaboration will be key to solving for the energy transition. We look forward to collaborating with our colleagues, partners, customers, and new neighbors in the Energy Corridor to solve the energy trilemma.”

The Energy Corridor is a centrally located business hub that is home to some of the world’s largest corporations, including some of the world’s largest energy companies as well as medium and small start-up, tech, and engineering firms.
