The new EnerMech Titian JVA brings a scalable solution to the Indonesian oil and gas sector.

EnerMech, an engineering equipment and mechanical services solution company, has entered a strategic joint venture (JV) with Titian Servis Indonesia (TSI), an integrated turn around services firm in Indonesia’s oil and gas sector. This collaboration marks an important milestone in EnerMech’s expansion strategy and underscores its commitment to establishing a strong presence in the Asia Pacific market.

The partnership aims to deliver a scalable business solution that caters to the unique demands of the region with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and optimization utilization of EnerMech’s global resources and supply chain.

The two businesses have worked together on various projects since early 2022. The new entity, which will operate under the name EnerMech Titian JVA, will leverage EnerMech’s specialist service lines, technology, and equipment fleet, combined with TSI’s understanding of the Indonesian market, its local capabilities, and industry experience.

Training solutions provider 3t EnerMech has been engaged to help upskill its Indonesian personnel to become accredited trainers. With bases in Jakarta and Batam, its workforce includes many local hires and is headed up by EnerMech’s Regional Director for Asia Pacific Garry Ford. “We are thrilled to officially join forces with TSI and establish a strong presence in Indonesia through this strategic JV,” said Ford. “Our collaboration represents a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering excellence across all the sectors and countries we operate in, as well as contributing to economic development. As well as having access to our global pool of talent, we will also be training the local workforce through 3t EnerMech to ensure we have more accredited trainers to deliver the training courses locally.”

“We have a shared vision with EnerMech to drive innovation and foster sustainable growth across Indonesia and the wider the Asia Pacific region,” said Tanta Tarigan, managing director of TSI. “Through this partnership and training support for the locals on our team, we aim to establish a global benchmark for project execution and delivery.”
