Spatco Energy Solutions (Spatco), an infrastructure services provider for petroleum, environmental, and electric vehicle (EV) market segments, has acquired MSCS Ltd., a Dallas-based petroleum services company specializing in construction, installation, and maintenance services. The combined entity now has more than 820 employees across 30 offices in 15 states.
MSCS services include repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment, as well as general contracting with experience in field service station construction, fuel system installation, tank removal, and tank testing. The company has operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston.

MSCS CEO Mark Spenrath will join Spatco’s leadership team and continue to lead and grow the Texas market.
