Nu:ionic Technologies has named Ben Kennedy as senior vice president of operations for its Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, facility. Kennedy has more than 20 years of renewable energy and industrial sector expertise in operations management, business development, supply chain, contract, and executive management, including senior leadership roles in prominent international cleantech and engineering firms. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.
Nu:ionic Technologies is a developer of proprietary technology and equipment that enables process industry customers to realize net-zero goals through electrification. The company’s microwave catalytic reforming technology enables the production of low-cost, low-carbon hydrogen for zero emissions transportation, biogas upgrading, and natural gas decarbonization applications. The Fredericton location is home to Nu:ionic’s Canadian headquarters and Research and Innovation Center.
